Abstract To solve the traceability problem of concrete reinforcing position meter in the transportation sector, the status of the use and measurement for concrete reinforcing position meter is analyzed, metrological parameters are confirmed, standard sets and standard apparatus are developed, and the repeatable tests verification is carried out. A tracing links of “concrete reinforcing position meter — standard sets of concrete reinforcing position meter — standard apparatus of concrete reinforcing position meter — national length measuring standards” is established to be able to meet the needs of verification/calibration for the reinforced concrete position meter.
