The New Development of International Comparison of Absolute Gravimeters |

Abstract Global international comparison of absolute gravimeters activities had been held at BIPM(Bureau International des Poids et Meures)every four years since 1981.Recently,some changes had been taken place on this comparison activities.Meantime,regional international comparison of absolute gravimeters activities are rising in the world.The paper introduces the new development and some work in National Institute of Metrology.The result of NIM-II type absolute gravimeter which attended the 8th international comparison of absolute gravimeter in 2009 are also introduced.
