Abstract  To study the repeatability and stability of ammonia standard gas produced by gravimetry, comparison of concentration by spectrophotometry is made and uncertainty of measurement is evaluated according to JJF1135—2005‘Evaluation of Uncertainty in Chemical Analysis Measurement’. The comparison result is (17.6 ±0.4)mg/m3,k=2 and it is consistent with the nominal value(17.6 mg/m3). The result shows that the comparison by spectrophotometry meets the requirement completely.
