Abstract A new standard reference material of vitamin B1 in multivitamin tables is developed. The sample preparation involves an acid extraction and centrifugation, LC-IDMS method and LC-UV method verify its value. The method is validated by standard reference material SRM 3280, and accuracy of analysis result is validated by two laboratories further. The standard value of vitamin B1 in multivitamin tables is 2.76mg/g and the expanded uncertainty is 0.22mg/g (k=2).
