Abstract In order to meet the needs of in-situ calibration of online TOC analyzer used in water quality monitoring in pharmaceutical enterprises under 500μg/L concentration, a set of on-line total organic carbon (TOC) monitor in-situ calibration device is established, which is composed of high-precision micro ceramic injection pump, magnetic mixing unit and constant current syringe controlled by step motor. The high concentration TOC standard stock solution and pure water are proportioned by high precision micro ceramic injection pump and large capacity injection pump controlled by PLC. The automatic calibration of the measuring range below 500μg/L of the on-line total organic carbon (TOC) monitor is realized, with a linear correlation of 0.9924.
