Abstract In the process of flow measurement of natural gas, the mass component of natural gas is an important parameter, and the mixing of different gas sources will cause great fluctuations in compression factor, high calorific value and methane content, etc., and the mixed natural gas will have an obvious influence on flow measurement. To study the mixed gas of different gas source for the influence of gas flow metering, first of all, adopt the method of off-line calculation analysis of the influence of different air mixing fluctuations of flow measurement, the results showed that long-term use of fixed for mixing gas source gas metering of natural gas component, will produce the measurement deviation, finally aimed at the influence of different gas source to flow metering, component changes to collect accurate and reliable measures and suggestions are given.
