Abstract Propagation is a key factor in uncertainty evaluation.A new method with data visualization and numerical analysis for evaluating the uncertainty propagation is proposed. The main procedure is described followed by details in several linear and nonlinear model examples. The results show that data visualization and numerical analysis can be helpful to provide a concise qualitative overview and an accurate quantitative analysis for uncertainty evaluation.
