Abstract In order to improve product yield and quality in the cell, based on machine vision technology, the traditional Hough image recognition algorithm and on the basis of the existing cell crushing plant was improved, proposes a project to intelligent monitoring cell broken counting system. This scheme uses optical amplification circuit and CCD image sensor circuit as hardware platform, which is assisted by machine vision technology and image processing algorithm to realize image monitoring and counting statistics of cell crushing process. Cell broken online experiment indicated that the intelligent monitoring and counting system can complete statistical counting of cells broken, and real-time capture of broken images. The recognition speed improves nearly 10 times compared with the standard Hough image recognition algorithm; it can be applied to automated extraction intracellular substances in cell.
