Abstract The national comparison of Cesium frequency standard was finished in 2012, the pilot laboratory is National Institute of Metrology(NIM), a Rubidium frequency standard is used as a transfer standard. 8 laboratories got satisfied result among the 9 participating laboratories. The basic situation, the technic program of the comparison were introduced, the comparison method and the evaluation of the uncertainty were studied, and the particularity of time and frequency comparison was proposed and at last the comparison results was analysed.
