Abstract According to the JJF 1059《 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement》, and combining with flow totalizer standard facility,with Daniel S600 + flow totalizer for turbine flowmeter in natural gas metrology as an example, the uncertainty analysis of standard equipment was made with GUM. According to the traceability requirements, the meters whose uncertainty is no better than 0.14% can be calibrated by GUM. In accordance with the traceability requirements, it can verificate /calibrate the flow totalizer which is no better than level 0.5.
